1. The Service
Draw n Sign lets users upload documents, add fields and signature blocks, send documents to others for electronic signature, and generate a tamper-evident audit trail and verification record for each signed document. Certain features are free; others require a paid subscription as described on our pricing page.
2. Eligibility & accounts
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.
2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
2.3 You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3.1 Electronic signatures created through the Service are intended to be legally binding where permitted by applicable law, including the UK Electronic Communications Act 2000, the UK eIDAS Regulation, the EU eIDAS Regulation (where applicable), and, for US-related use, the ESIGN Act and UETA.
3.2 Draw n Sign provides simple/basic electronic signatures with a tamper-evident audit trail on the free tier, and, on applicable paid tiers, certificate-based digital signatures. We do not by default provide qualified electronic signatures (QES) unless expressly stated for a specific feature.
3.3 You are solely responsible for determining whether an electronic signature is legally appropriate and enforceable for your particular document, purpose, and jurisdiction. Some documents (for example certain wills, deeds, property transfers, and notarised instruments) may require specific formalities or handwritten signatures. We do not provide legal advice on this.
3.4 Each signer confirms their intent to sign electronically before signing. A record of this consent is stored in the audit trail.
4. Your content & responsibilities
4.1 You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service.
4.2 You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and content of the documents you upload and send. You must have the right to upload them and to contact the recipients you send them to.
4.3 You must not use the Service to: upload unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content; forge, impersonate, or sign on behalf of someone without authority; send spam or unsolicited documents; attempt to tamper with, circumvent, or falsify any audit trail, signature, or verification record; or breach any applicable law.
4.4 Audit integrity. The audit trail and verification records are tamper-evident and append-only by design. Any attempt to alter, forge, or misrepresent a signed document or its audit trail is a serious breach of these Terms and may be unlawful.

5.1 Signed documents and their audit trails are retained and remain verifiable on a long-term basis so that their validity can be confirmed in future, even after an account is closed. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
5.2 Draft (unsigned) documents may be deleted by you at any time.
5.3 Signed documents cannot be deleted or altered, by you or by us, as they constitute a record of a completed transaction. [Adjust this to your final retention policy — lawyer should confirm wording and any legal deletion obligations, e.g. GDPR erasure vs. legitimate-interest retention.]
6. Plans, billing & refunds
6.1 Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as shown at checkout. Prices are in [CURRENCY] and may exclude taxes (e.g. VAT), which will be added where applicable.
6.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
